Hold shift and use the 5-way to perform selection, or press and release shift to enter one-hand mode. One-hand mode is terminated by pressing shift again, typing on the keyboard, interacting with the screen, or otherwise switching focus. Press left or right to dismiss the popup action menu. Hold option and use left and right to move by word, or press and release option to enter one-hand mode. The same rules as for shift one-hand mode apply. Quick quit will disable FieldPlus until you switch applications by pressing shift + hard key 4 (power). This is useful when running a high-performance app from a card without an in memory shortcut.
